I just die every time I watch this! Emma's eyes just bug out of her head the first time she sees Rumpelstiltskin! Its like she's heard all these stories, and now she is seeing the real thing! And later when she sees Belle, and how Rumpelstiltskin and Belle interact. Its just so different from what she is used to.

In the season 3 finale we see Emma and Hook accidentally travel back in time and everybody in Story Broke thinks that they're the first ones to ever do that but I don't. A lot of those fairy tale stories took place in the enchanted forest shortly before Emma was born, which was in 1983. In this world these stories were written decades before that. I think that people have watched those stories through crystal balls, then have time traveled, and had sold those stories.

Here's what confuses me about this episode.....at the end of it, Swan and Hook are having a sweet moment and she tells Hook that Rumple said everything "other than their little adventure" would go back to normal and the timeline would be untarnished....but is THIS scene part of the adventure or does the adventure start AFTER they begin their plan to fix Snow and Charming's fate? Because she literally just told Rumple everything....that he would find his son because of her, that his curse would work and that she and Hook were from the future. So Rumple just forgot all that after he sent them back then? Future Hook I understand forgetting them because he blamed the rum.....but Rumple wasn't drunk.
