Well technically only one since snow kingdom is literally the same as Regina, David really isn't related to King George and rumple never really own a kingdom himself so unless there's something in the story line we don't know the only thing he is in line for is the enchanted forest and due to the fact how things are messed up by the original curse, I highly doubt he would be alive to see that day since he has first mom then snow and David then Emma and hook and finally even after all that baby Neal is more likely to rule the kingdom before Henry so I honestly doubt he even get a chance in my opinion.

David overthrew George’s kingdom with Snow’s help. He technically usurped George and the crown belongs to him now (plus George is childless). So Henry is heir to Leopold and George’s kingdom through Emma.

And you may address him as PRINCE Henry. His mother is the Queen. His grandparents are Princess Snow White and Prince Charming and Emma is their daughter. He has the heart of the truest believer. He IS a hero....and he has saved his home and his family MANY times over. So technically, he is royalty and I think that outranks you. And he's a FAR better man than you'll ever be.
