I feel really bad for Micheal, you guys and everyone else who has to go threw this kind of pain. I was one of the lucky ones. I grew into a very loving and welcoming family,and I feel extremely bad for people who don’t have the love and attention they need to grow as a healthy, stable and humble person. if you have a bully/Person who says rude thing or is mean to you, don’t listen to their words, and focus on youself, your life, your goals, listen to your body, and don’t overwork. And even if it's because of the title of father, he still has his other 2 children, so besides not changing anything he's still a father. And it's also not like the fact that Michael stops calling William his father makes him stop being his father, that's not how it works, William Afton will always be Michael's father no matter what.

But the point the og comment was trying to make is that William doesn’t deserve the title. You may be a parent, but that doesn’t always mean your a father/mother. It's also essentially disowning himself from the family because of his father. He even strips himself of the Afton name quite often in the future, going by Mike Schmidt instead and a few others. Also, you should know that blood does not make a family. It is bonds that make a family. If Michael does not see William as his father, then he is not his father. He is nothing more than his sire, not his father or his dad. He sired him, nothing more. His mother raised him more than he did, she was an actual mom. He was not a dad or a father to Michael, so Michael has every right to not call him his father or dad. Especially after being told he should've died. Just because he has siblings also doesn't change the fact he does not have to see William as his father or claim him as his father. He can disown himself and keep it that way.
