This has always been my favorite throw (along with uchi mata). Jack does this really nicely and I saw him hit a good one at the Doha Worlds. Thank you for all the great the content

Coach, do you have to bump into him with your body to make the throw work? I realize that it’s kind of hard to execute when you only putting the weight on his leg via collar tie or other grips.

Not necessarily , you can but it’s more a hand and leg technique. Unlike Osoto where you need the body contact
