If we go the highly depressing route I believe OuiOui’s garden is a resting place for all OuOui. All OuiOui see life as a great big yellow road leading up to it, and although they may be depressed when they get to the end, everything will be better and they’ll be with all of their friends and have as many peanuts as they want

to me ouioui has always embodied that the concept of innocence being bliss. he is but a child, fascinated by the simple things in life, enjoying peanuts and living his life. both ouioui's lullaby and this song have always resonated with me; i never got to grow up with that innocence, so ouioui's character has served as what i believe innocence would have been like: finding joy in time amongst that which you cherish and enjoy, and being satisfied by just that, not having to worry about anything big.

my interpretation of this video is that if a ouioui decides to not commit crimes and starts drinking nectar from flowers, it will change into a different adult form that is able to fly.

I like to imagine this is an alternate way of an OuiOui’s life. If they have found a place that suits them and their friends live there, OuiOui isn’t depressed and doesn’t take time doing crimes, they simply just don’t evolve to a Peepy, since they have a way to get peanuts without doing crimes, have good friends and live their lives to the fullest.
