It is a good scholarly idea. Civilians must defend this existence of international criminal court.you are always under horror of Army rule.

The UK and commonwealth are the only countries the have the division of barrister and soliciter.

Both time no medical, no medicin, even ignite to crime with conspiracy. No law proceser take place,upheld to met with advocate, not only in police custody but also in court, in court premier argument not taken place, here one problem if arrested person have not legal adviser, what process to bail, I think two condition arise first accepted guilty second not accepted, so the right of bail be available . Most important without warrant and prior permission of force how police detain a soldier. Ok this method to be break.... Remain with me..... Thanks
