Ours was exactly the same lost her 3 weeks ago was 18 . Cried like a baby tbh but was very happy and greatful to have her . Remarkable little dog she was blind and deaf and still functioning normally using her smell the last year.

This showed up in my recommended videos, and so glad it did! I know this was posted 8 years ago (as of this date), but what a sweet, sweet little dog! And 19 years old at the time. WOW! My mama's Yorkies lived to be 16, 17 and 18. Sadly, we lost our Yorkie when she was 11. We got her when she was 6. She developed tumors in her lungs. You always hope they go in their sleep and you don't have to make "that decision." We had to make that decision on February 29th of this year, 2024. Yorkies are beautiful, sweet and fiesty. We miss Emmy every day, but hope to get another one sometime soon. It's clear how much Bud was loved in this video. Thumbs up! Beth in Raleigh, NC

My wife’s father’s dog was 17 when she passed. We inherited her when he passed away, as my daughter was the youngest grandchild in the family. She had 3 good years with us, and I was there when she peacefully left this world. A grown man leaving a busy vets in tears! A couple of months after I came home from work with an 8 week old yorkie pup who we call Ruby, she is now 6 and snoring on the bed beside me! If I’m lucky to still have her at 19 I’ll be 60 😱❤️

Got one too! This is typical, but mine is under my dooner! Haha Love the fact you got him in long hair, not shaved, like so many owners!
