But unlike your case, we have two kids which we wouldn't expecting to have the second one when we got 3 room. So we will convert the living room to a room for the second child. 3 room house is not big but most important is that the whole family stays together happily in there. Surprised that the renovation is 40k since you didn't do alot plus knocking down the wall and glass panel for the study room.

Yes I agree what’s important is for the family to stay tgt 🫶 I think cuz we don’t have tiling and tiling itself already cost $8-9k! But cuz our first home we dw to compromise too much but I think after our first home we eventually come to consensus that practicality is more impt!

Hello! I used a 3rd party forwarder. Basically I talk to her on WeChat and then she will guide on what address to use etc and also help with the GST portion! Can just pay her via her Taobao shop directly and she will handle shipment all the way to your home for you :)

The microwave pull out section ,in my opinion, is a bad design as the height is too low and awkward. And overall the whole house lighting is very harsh given the already dark coloured tone of the house. I think the glass design connecting kitchen to living room was unnecessary and added much to your cost. The only good thing is the room being partially hacked to be more see through. Otherwise I honestly don't know why this sub par reno cost $40K . It just wasn't tastefully done.

Hello! Ah if you’re worried you can ping the seller and ask them to 打木架 on the packaging (got extra charge but not a lot) and I didn’t add insurance 😅 so far the things arrived safely! I ordered red wine glass it shattered when arrived at the warehouse my forwarder told me and I immediately requested for refund on the app

Actually, it's possible to get a 3 room bto even if you have kids. I have two kids and I'm moving into 3 room bto soon. There's two rooms and a living room. So technically I will have three rooms. Just nice for family of four. Haha.
