Before you do your last payment to your contractor, you need to do a blue tape inspection and have them come back and fix any of those little things first

I’m at step one. Opened up my LLc. Registered and got my EIN. Now I’m getting emails that I need a Business License and Beneficial Ownership report? Do I need all this to start my fix and flip journey?

No, LLC & EIN are what you need to get started. However, always good to have an operating agreement for your company even if you are a sole member.
