I say Koozie, and I'm from Indiana... where we also say pop! Also, in Indiana, we say Jungle Juice! I sleep on the same side of the bed that Shawn is describing, and I say that I sleep on the left side of the bed, but I just checked with my husband, and he thinks that I sleep on the right side.

I went to my old coaches wedding and they did the same thing. My mom was panicking the whole time wondering if she (the bride) knew that she was on the wrong side. When my mom asked her about she said, “Oh yeah I knew I just wanted the pictures to be of my good side.” My mom was so relived the she knew while on the other hand, I was laughing so hard at my old coaches response. Good times❤❤❤😂😂😂😂

If you talk to your doctor about your heartburn, they will most likely suggest a preventative medication like Omeprazole. It is safe to take during pregnancy and will prevent damage to your esophagus. The constant exposure to acid can cause scar tissue to form as well as other issues. I suffer from terrible acid reflux under normal circumstances so I can only imagine how much worse it will be during pregnancy. I found your pod through the fertility journey episode and love it. 🩷 Edit to say: this isn’t said to be annoying but I used to think that heartburn was no big deal and couldn’t actually cause any long term harm. I just looked at it as a fact of life… until my dr told me it’s not. 😂
