Our After School Routine works best when we take care of the not so much things right away. In teh afternoon, It is difficult and not fair to drag my kids away from their free time to go to a sibling's appointment or activity. As much as possible I try to plan our day so it flows and so there are not so many disruptions. #afterschoolroutines #afternoonroutineswithkids #

Structured routines always make me so happy to watch because I never had that as a kid. I think I had a great childhood, but it was literally a free-for-all with no guidance. Like “find dinner for yourself around the house” and “go to bed” whenever I had finally annoyed my parents enough. It wasn’t until I started competitive sports that it brought structure to my life, and in high school I learned for myself that I had to make my own schedule in order to succeed. So thank you for doing this for your kids!!

This entire family is so blessed its beautiful. This is what happens when you give purely from your heart and not just adopt or foster because its the latest trend. As a mom and a black mother Christy deserves such accolades not because who she decided to call her family but because taking each precious moment to educate on how to care for what others consider a challenge when dealing with black children from their hair down to their heritage. Also these children will grow up knowing their differences but they'll always see each other as brother and sisters and thats another step towards changing this world.

I don't feel so good about the discussions that went down, I don't know how you feel but I want you to know you are amazing and that discussion shouldn't even be for you. Oh man, I was so excited to order/try those snacks! I misheard your description (hearing wha I want to hear) and I thought it hit all the requirements for my strict diet (due to health issues): Gluten-free, Non-gmo (prefer organic, so no pesticides in my food as well, but non-gmo is very good), No table sugar added (only sugar from fruits), And most importantly Vegan/plant-based! However they aren’t vegan, nor did you say they were 😆 shucks.
