Shorter leads on the outside so they are higher up in the water column, or longer leads on the outside? Do you run the same size keel weights, or heavier on the inside?

Keel weights are all the same for us. We just set the outside board with a shorter lead and the inside board with a longer lead so that the inside line is deeper than the outside line. So the outside board might be 30' back and the inside board is 60' back for example.

What do you use for weight on boards? Inline sinker? Or do they fish at the surface?
