I always say that, with my grandkids I want to do something to create memories rather than buy them a toy or something. Through the years, I have given them trips we go on together. It was so refreshing this year to hear my oldest grandson now 22 say some of those trips are his best childhood memories and he is so happy we are continuing to do that.... 😀 Merry Christmas!

The true meaning of Christmas is that Jesus was born and as young people forget that. I'll be 56 on Jan. 4th and I have realized that fact, for a long time now. God bless you Carlie for saying what the true meaning of Christmas is. Life is so funny sometimes...we can be a young mom and struggling and life happens. If we work hard enough and look to what the real and true meaning of Christmas, we will be so better capable of getting what we need or want for our kids for Christmas.
