We have enough money for either buying land outright or putting a down-payment on a house. We are open to both options and not sure which route we will go. We have been looking everywhere at everything and just haven't found the one yet. I don't want to rush into something if it's not really what we want. So we are just taking our time and enjoying life with my dad.
