He literally got smoked by a pick up truck cop car. That's a first. Should have never got out of the car. My advice, if you are gonna run, only do it for 1 pull and only if there is already so much distance that you could argue not seeing or hearing them yet. if you can not get the gap right away to get away, pull right over and tell him you saw him last second while speeding and pulled over immediately. If you get the gap, you go, if you dont, you stop and can reasonably defend that you pulled over the moment you saw/heard them.

Contrary to what most people think the deputy does NOT have to read you your rights to arrest you. The only time and officer or deputy has to read you your rights is if he/she is going to ask you questions about the crime they are investigating you for. Plus the officer doesn't have to read you your rights upon first contact I.E like in this vid when he asked him is this your car. Jimbo should have just pulled over only thing he did was make matters a lot worse on himself. The deputy in the vid was very fair and nice to everyone. As for everyone saying they had the right to vid is correct however the deputy does have the law on his side when it comes to asking everyone to back off the area for his safety as there was only him. Last thing you want to do is make the deputy feel as if he is endanger and in a hostel area. This is not the place to argue with the office/deputy that is for court.
