Positively the nicest, well put together house you both have toured. The quality of space vs design and exceptional finishes translated perfectly in your descriptions. You were spot on in your “redesign” Adam of the outdoor patio moving the dining table and adding a sectional facing the bar and TV. Also, the zen garden with gravel to rake and shaping the tree. I’m thinking you missed your calling... I wish neither of you had to wear the silly PPE! Life needs to return to normal. Finally, cudos to you Adam on your rescue dog! You’re a good guy. I am very proud to say I am a first time Owner or a brand new Daytona Rolex! I was filling up my truck with $16 in gas and some sketchy van was parked about 40 feet away, to my surprise I got a shoulder tap and it scared the crap out of me.. the guy had popped out of the sketchy van and was pretty cool, He explained to me he was in a hurry but if I had $100 and a quick minute he could show a few top of the line time pieces. Being a watch addict I couldn't refuse his offer, upon my surprise he had an entire host of exotic pieces and before I could ask any questions he said he had to leave and if I wanted it I needed to hand over 100 bucks so I did.

When you buy personal property it should be at least 10% your principal or equal to your net income..or no more than four times your net income...depending on if you're going to cash it or finance it..He's worth 60 million so that means his principal should bring him a passive income of 2.4 million to 3 mil. after taxes yearly....not counting his business earnings....so with that his homestead should be a max of 8mil to 12 mil... 32 million is out of his price range.... He can officially afford it but technically it would drain more than half of his estate....Michael's to smart with his money to do something like that..... Especially there are great houses in his price range, even in California, you can get a great house/mansion for 5 to 12 million........

The main time is shown by the words (every 5 minutes it changes) and the led lights in each corner light up for every other minute. I have it myself in my living room and it is my favorite "art" piece and it is something you don't see every day.
