I'm from NC. When my mom made spaghetti, she would break the noodles. I have done it, too. These days, I don't break the noodles. The difference is that I have a larger/taller pot for cooking my noodles than my mom had, so there's that.

I like the garlic in the jar because I don't use that much fresh and have to throw out. I do not use gloves in my kitchen. You have to feel your food which adds the love to your dishes!!! That's what soap and water is for, just use that to keep things under control.

You guys are funny!! I saw the telephone in the frig and thought why is there a phone in the frig? Then the dehydrated water. Toilet paper, spider and mammoth chucks. The eyeballs in the pasta salad. I probably missed something. I had to keep watching just to see what you were going to do next!

I get "eye-balling" measurements when you are making a recipe that you make all of the time and are confident about the out come, but I find it confusing when in the same recipe you "eye-ball" some measurements and use exact measurements for other ingredients.
