Best side by side is the Kawasaki Mule 4010..It's not flashy but its built to work and be reliable. I have a 2003 3010 that was totally underwater for 1 month due to Katrina flood waters. The machine is a beast and will not die. We had some work done here and there but repair cost is minimal compared to what these new computer systems cost to repair in most everything today.

Check your alternator, voltage regurgitate, or corrosion around terminals ....bad fuse...great video, always enjoy watching your content

On starter issue, just put a starter button under your seat the same as if using a jumper on solenoid, then you simply turn on key and hit button to engage starter, plus if someone wanted to take your side by side on joyride it would be impossible unless knew there was starter button. That way it bypasses whatever issue was not engaging starter without having to wait for part to ship from china

I personally have a Hisun vehicle, I have only had it for 5 months and it stopped cranking, I live up north and ya can't even stick the key in the hole! it also looks like the Hisun uses a lot of hand me down or off the shelf components to build they atvs. I see that yamaha and on my hisun, the gear shifter, instrument panel, handlebar all the same!

If what I found is correct it says the idle air control valve is clogged or restricted with dirt or debris for code 505. The 562 means low vehicle voltage.

Well in regards to the side by side it could be ignition switch went out because you have all that weight with a whole fist size bunch of keys hanging and banging the switch as you drive or could be relays like ignition or crank relay

Some safety interlink is not in start position. Find it and fix it and it will start. Most likely it thinks it is in gear or the brake pedal has not been pressed.
