Another place your prents will like is I thnks its called Kiathumbi tea farm run by a British Kenyan lady for decades in Limuru. You see the process of how tea is made, go on a tour of the tea farm and enjoy a cup of tea with biscuits at her home. Next the Brown cheese factory farm run by an American family they make local cheese where they source the milk from local farmers. They take you on a tour on how the cheese is made and you get to eat cheese an other delicacies at the farm/factory

Dave and Tracey, did you take them to the Daphne Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage? It's close to the Giraffe centre and they let you touch the elephant calves that come near you which is impossible on a safari. Be sure to visit it some time even just the two of you (only possible for a single hour each day). All calves are raised for eventual integration with a herd on the wild.
