Arey sarah ... im a doctor thats why telling you....headache hone pr ice nahi lagana chahiye...actually body me kahi bhi pain ho...don't apply ice... because ice just anesthetized that part of body and not really heal anything... Instead you should apply any type heat...like partially heated oil.. or garam kapde se sukhana can only help 🙌🧿
