Gal, you grandfather will tell you back in the day, he had to parch and grind them thing by hand. Now he wish he was younger to enjoy the simple things in life that you are enjoying. Because I bet he can tell you stories of hardship he went through just to eat! I will have to travel about 4000km to get everything you got there. Life can’t get better than this, you say! You darn right. You born the right time. And the prices are not too far apart from overseas. Remember, they also have to import it. Good luck with the videos!

Tip for you. Always take a picture with your cellphone of the grocery stores name. This way you got all the grocery stores names on your cellphone for you to remember.😊🤗

Herbal tea with ginger. Anything with ginger is great especially during flu season. Great for your heart and lower blood pressure.

Gal, I see you are old school, exercise book and pencil/ pen. I am old school too, I still pay my bills with checks. Oh yes they do. Thanks , I used Loreal Shampoo and conditioner, I also massage my scalp with rosemary oil and leave over night one per week and then wash off the next day. Peppermint and coconut oil works great also when soaked overnight. It makes your hair shiny and silky .

Hi thank you very much. I do not know the name of the lady that sells the fish and chips. However, there’s a number there where you can call her on. Im not sure if her meat is halaal but I can find out next time.
