Eventually the roads will be built. As you know in Ghana, if the roads had been built before selling the lands, most could not have afforded it. Those buying now will reap the benefits in 5 years time when most of the infrastructure have been built

Hi Cyberqueen13! Thank you for your question. As a non citizen, your lease is for 50 years. At the end of the 50 years, your lease can and will be renewed for an additional 45 years. Upon obtaining citizenship, your lease can then be renewed for the 99 years.
