The issues you're addressing are secondary. The core issue is being signatory of the UN convention for refugees. It is too liberal. Everything you addressed to me its like organising the seats of a sinking ship.

I approved study permit on 2019 with Business documents. Unfortunately, I refused to extend that permit because of those business document. They claim me that I used fraudulent document on previous application and they also claim that illegally I am operating business without business permit. However, My business documents was genuine and they approved previous study permit normally. In this situation, what can I do??

Refugee they don't qualify for permanent resident, citizenship you only qualify to open the bank. You can't even buy a house. Your refugee status can be canceled if they found out there is no war, thread to your life or something
