When I was a kid living there the land mass out in the ocean was called Split Rock.

Some people call it goat island but they say it in Portuguese of course ❤️ I have also heard it called split rock ❤️

Sra porque not by a house 🏡 and concerta slouly quanto custa a renda , aí e as despezas. Sra eu pago de taxas +insuranca -10:000 dolas os belos todos - luz+ gaz + agua -7.000 em taxas+de -3:000 em insuranca passou de -16:000 do ano. -2022 Este ano vai ser mais. Entrou no a presidente para a câmara e tem dívida mais de treelions de dolas ,estao A falar de aumentar as taxas -25-30-% Sra não sei 🤷🏼‍♂️ como vamos puder viver. How much does it cost to rent a Condo or a House there?

It depends on what you looking for but the rental in this video is technically two different houses and both together are €500 the top is €175 and it’s a one bedroom one bath the bottom is €325 and it’s a two bedroom one bath both together are about 1400 square feet but my in-laws found a 4 bedroom 2 bath big house with really nice furniture and it is also €500 but overall extremely low cost compared to the US and all the utilities are very low cost as well

Honestly it depends on the age and size of the home I pay €500 for a 3Bed 2bath 2kitchens 2livingrooms house over all the rent is low and the utilities are low in cost the most costly expense is petrol and food gas is more expensive than the US but you use less because it’s a small island food is around the same cost as the US but a lot of people grow some of their own food to help with the cost
