My husband and I did a Panama Canal cruise on Island Princess back in 2018. Watching this particular cruise of yours brings back wonderful memories. Especially the fun bar tenders. The bar tenders working in the Wheelhouse Bar made our evenings extra special. They always remembered our names, the drinks we liked and they would create new cocktails for us that we always enjoyed. Their names were Jerry and Aken (not sure about the spellings). I hope they still work for Princess and you two get to meet them some day.

When my friends and I booked our upcoming Island Princess cruise to Greenland and Iceland, we got the bonus of getting the premiere package at the plus price so am excited about the potential for even more options for cocktails and wine (even though I, too, love a good cosmo and usually revert to just ordering those). When I was last at Sabatini's (2 years ago), I ordered the eggplant parmasean and it was amazing! Wish the Bayou Cafe still had the bayou menu options as I have never been to it before and would have liked to try some of the dishes (this is my first time on Island). Am so enjoying your videos!

Three hours behind the UK is what you meant to say I think at the end. It would appear shrinkflation has hit that restaurant but, as the food you had (bar the lasagne) looked rather good, that is probably not a bad thing. The good weather you had on your crossing seems to have been as good as ours and the warmth seemed to take you by as much surprise as it did me. Certainly not what I expected from Greenland.
