The water truck driver thought he heard you had a bearing fire on the way to the track 😂 Lesson for the day, trailers and tow vehicles require maintenance too. Without the. You can't get to the track or home again. As much h as you haul those trailer bearings need greased at least 4 to 6 times a season. 😉

Congrats on the good race Mike. Had that track covered top to bottom. That place is the longest left turn I've ever seen. Drives like a circle. That was a bad spot to make left side repairs. Glad all ended well. You might want to invest in some triangles or flares. They're a lot more visible and safer than BEING the triangle.

Great run. Enjoyed seeing Mike pass Friesen. Love all your videos. It's been a long time since I lived in upstate NY so I got a chuckle when I saw everyone wearing hoodies and your complaints about how cold it was on the ride home (I have lived in FL for many years now). I guess the Ridge wasn't there when I lived up that way. I was a regular at Fonda and Albany-Saratoga as I lived just outside of Schenectady. This is what I miss most from my days growing up in NY.

The first time we ever went to Glen Ridge we had the left rear dually fall off the hauler when turning into the driveway of the track.. Had a decent run though finishing 4th on a track that the driver described as racing on a go kart track.

My Friday ride home started with the troopers. The only difference was they were the ones helping me just before the Lewis exit. Troopers Rich Barillo and Chad Trombley. Can’t thank them enough. You know, I cannot believe those cops made you guys fix that on the side of the road. They tell people we are here to keep people safe but they'll stop you from going to an exit and make people fix things on the side of the road that is 100 times more unsafe then just letting you go to begin with. People die every day because a being pulled over and or broke down on the side of the road when they get hit because people are driving 70 to 80 mph and not paying attention. It's not about safety. Pretty sad really.
