I think the "retirement home" thing got to me so much because Marbles was with Jenna since before all of this, back when she was a dancer. So like, he's been with her in the not-so-great times all the way to now. He was her first dog, her best friend, and now he gets to relax in a big home with loving parents and, if he passes (not yet, he still has a good amount of years in him!), he can do it in a comfortable happy place. I'm not crying 😣
