I too faced same issue. When you apply sudden brake, clutch engagement gets stuck and the vehicle will not move smoothly in first and second gear. You need to allow the engine to cooldown and then the issue wiill go away automatically

After using tata tigor for 4 yrs, I realised tata shell build quality and suspension is excellent, but the spare parts wear and tear are too fast, wheel bearing and clutch plates worn-out soon, interior quality is OK only, audio head unit lags afterv2 yrs without update.... Enough of tata... if u get safari and harier the quality might be better.
