Thank you. India me real estate bahut expensive h and unaffordable h. Mere dost ka bhi h Mumbai me flat 2 bedrooms and 1 kitchen ka. Jiski current market value 2cr h but space wise its a tiny flat with a small room and a very compact kitchen. Basically rehne layak h bss. The location is Matamata, Waikato New Zealand 🇳🇿 . And yes it is rural town.
