With that property you will need to get a small tractor, something with 4wd in the 40-50hp range and 3-4000lbs. Get a front bucket, backhoe, a set if forks and a brush hog minimum. It will make your life so much easier. Do it as soon as feasible, you won't regret it. 👍

Kubota sells a nice enclosed 45 hp diesel with bucket, forks, backhoe that all are quick connect 72 inch belly mower heat ac for 25 to 35k few years old my 23 hp diesel is like the ones home depot rents one size bigger but it's a heavy girl 5800lbs

My man, I got some Meta Ray-Bans for Christmas - essentially AI glasses that also record video and take photos. It’s 12mb camera and it limits each cut to 3 min segments, but wanted to mention since you often need both hands and front line of sight, they have some sunglasses or transition lenses that might work for you. As someone who’s built a barn recently, my only advice would be to install radiant heat flooring in the garage, basement and any shops. Even if you don’t want to spend money on the boiler, you can always do it later but at least put in the in the insulation and piping loops. Energy efficient and you’ll never find a warmer heat especially when you’re working on the floor. You can put in different zones to control different portions of the building. Best money I’ve ever spent.

Did a 60x80 pole barn 2/3s is a house the floors are set into 4 zones the shop part is always 60 degrees can be 65 66 but it cuts down on heat and cooling in the summer plus taxes are stupid cheap for it compared to a house and a shop on the same land

I like the zr1 but first no one will be able to buy one for under 250k and second it’s a z06 with twins . Last time I checked it didn’t cost 100k plus to put turbos on a c8 especially when it’s Chevrolet doing it . I would be cool with it at 175k as the actual purchase price. Remember how excited everyone was when c8 released and Chevy looked brilliant selling it for 60k . Well only problem was for years you couldn’t get them under 120k . If dealers double 175-195 your close to 400k .
