Hello, yes I am still wearing it up to now. I think its been at least 6 months? So far they have been adding more and more features, and just looking at the app you have: Sleep Index, Sleep Debt, Dynamic Recovery, Movement, Stress Rythm, Breathwork, Standard health markers, and now just last week they added PowerPlugs which are separate apps for more detailed health analysis. Some apps are free like: Vitamin D, Circadian Alignment, Caffeine Window etc. The ones you need to pay for include Cardio Adaptability and AFib Detection. This is my link if you would like to purchase! ultrahuman.com/Natfox I unfortunately cannot give you a comparison with Aura because I never used an Aura ring before.
