The nearest stop to Wrexham on your itenerary would probably be Holyhead, from there you are probably on average about a 2 hour drive away :)

Hi, what a wonderful video. Do you still have the information on how to get the double bus to Southampton?

We used National Express. Go to the National Express website and select the date, time and location. We landed in LHR and then selected Southampton Station. I would allow at least an hour to get through customs if you are not from the UK. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching ❤️

@@raytsang88 We have booked one night the night before we cruise at the same hotel Premier Inn Southampton West Quay hotel. We still have not figured out how we are going to get there from the Heathrow Airport but looking at options. Our flight with AirCanada will be coming in from Montreal on August 24, 2025 at 10h00 am. If anyone is organizing a transfer from Heathrow to Southampton we would consider joining a group to split the cost. Thank you for your answer.

Our family is doing this cruise next summer and we'd love to know if there are excursion/s options at the ports that are less pricey than the excursions through the ship. We are not new to cruising, only new to Princess, so we understand the risks, however, $1300*8 = $10,400...we're looking to reduce that by half. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

@@bward76 there were booths at each port with companies doing their own excursions. I don’t know the price because we already had ours booked, but I did hear other people say they were cheaper and had a great time. So I do think it’s very possible for you. How much was your transportation to southampton hotel? Did u pre arrange transportation and how much was it?transportation

The bus we took from the airport to Southampton was $20 a person and yes we did reserve it about 2 months before we arrived. The bus stop was about half a mile from the hotel and we walked to is along with several others that were on our bus. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for watching. ❤️

Hi Jacqueline, I don't mind at all. It makes me so happy to help. We went in May and I do recommend coming in the night before. @@debbiewolff2351 the Leonardo Royal has great location for the cruise and there were several cruisers there for all ships leaving that day. The restaurant and service was great, but we felt the room was very outdated. It could have been just our room though. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching ❤️
