Bro, what was your annual university tution fee for master’s? Does university allow international student to live in their own accommodation, or is it mandatory to stay in university accommodation?

My annual fee is 13250. Yeah most of the university provide accommodation to their students but it will be quite expensive in comparison to renting house.
