Our F90 M5 gets a stance upgrade! - Eibach Lowering Springs + TPI Spacers

The time has come for our F90 M5 to have a small tap from the lowering stick! As standard the car sits quite high, and with the wheels sunken in a little, making it look a little dorky, not the mean stance an M car deserves.
Eibach springs are a great choice for those wanting to keep the car looking like it could be OEM, and without effecting ride quality. The springs give a subtle drop which is aesthetically pleasing without screaming out modified car.
Spacers help fill out the arches, making the car look more aggressive. We went for 12mm all round as a safe option for no contact between the tyre and the car.

Nice work! just several questions: 1) Are the Eibach springs the same as the ACS ones? www.ac-schnitzer.de/en/ac-sc...mw-m5-f90.html 2) Are the OEM shocks made by Bilstein? 3) Will you get a narrower view of the 360 parking assistance since now the cameras are technically closer to the ground?

I have been contemplating fitting lowering springs to my m4 comp aswell as 12mm spacers. Can you recommend any specific springs to lower the car slightly without compromising on the handling. Being a comp pack I really want to avoid reducing the handling for the sake of lowering the car slightly. I have fitted lowering springs to my previous BMW F30 before and the whole car ended up feeling bouncy. Thanks

We fitted the Intrax springs to our M3 CP and it rides quite well. If you are in the UK you are more than welcome to come and check it out to see if you like it.

Hi Imran. It definitely improves the stance. I was surprised it came with the ride height it did from factory. Couple of questions; Any hint of rubbing? The back tyres look very close to the arches. Any issue with the front and speed bumps or steep driveways or ramps? cheers and looking forward to more videos of this awesome car.

the red eibach is a sportline, and those are black because you get the prokit one.. the sportline series has more millimeters drop than the prokit..

Evolve : Had Spacers on my car F10 M5 over a yrs time they caused my wheel barrings to wear improperly that caused all kinds of issues and voided the warranty so I had to pay out of pocket 2700.00 usd. It was determined by there Master Technician and an BMW Engineer That the car was not engineered to have spacers. It caused the barring to be out of alignment that caused over heating casing the race to spin and damage the axil. There Engineer told me directly to never use spacers. He recommended to use a different off set wheel that would do the job of the spacer, he said it’s the right way buy much more expensive any thoughts ?

Essentially spacers and a different offset wheel are exactly the same thing, they would still be putting the same strain on a wheel bearing. I'd probably find a friendlier dealer if you can.

I think bmw going 4wd is a good move👍 if the new m3 g80 comes with 4wd which you can switch like the m5 it will probably take over that segment of the car market .Great vid car looks nice as all your cars do good luck in the future. Og subscriber😎
