It looks like you had a well deserved rest and time to rejuvenate. Of course we'd love a stateside retreat opportunity. I agree with what someone else said too though, I really love YOUR house. I think you guys have done a fabulous job! You don't always need all the bells and whistles. Simplicity is nice!

I completely agree Dusty! Your environment and the materials things in your home are made of really make a big difference. The more I intentionally work on the health, beauty and calmness of my home the better it makes me feel. I think every space has an energy, and that you get to choose what type of energy you bring to it.

I could feel your heart when you were talking about leaving him for the first time. I still have yet to do this with our daughter, and even thinking about it gives me a great deal of anxiety. It’s wonderful that you have parents that you feel safe enough, leaving him with, and I am so happy to see that you were able to go and spend some quality time dancing and just existing as an adult with your husband. These types of moments I used to take for granted they were a constant, but now it’s hard to imagine having them. Thank you for inspiring me, embrace opportunities, and to continue to find myself as I am shifting and changing. Your dresses were absolutely stunning! I love the intention, you put into everything you do ❤.

A question I have for you - about how much do you spend on groceries per month? We are a family of 4 - plant based - and because we prioritize organic and eat large volumes due to low calorie/high nutrients, our grocery bill is more than we would like… I’m just trying to have a comparison to a similar sized family and food values to justify what our grocery bill comes to 😅

A light house or dark house can make a world of difference to you. Our kitchen is quite dark and our lounge is very light. I get depressed in the kitchen if I am in it all day.

I do think there are energies in everything. As a Christian I remind myself we are always in the supernatural and effected by supernatural influence, with that in mind I try to be mindful of not allowing new age practices to ease in and my flesh find pleasure or comfort in those. Keeping my flesh in check helps the Holy Spirit be glorified and really allows the ability of works produced. I do, however, believe that white or light colors are more pleasing to us because God references them as being pure and clean. Our anxieties are so affected by our realities as well. Going to the word, aka the bible, for help decorating our living spaces and adorning our bodies is so important. It is easy for us to get lost in the world of new age, so I try to keep a bibilical mindset about it all. I absolutely adore your channel. We hold similar values and for sure wfpb to heal our bodies naturally the way God intended. Sleep is a biggie for me, so we now try a more dulled down approach. Praying as a family/couple and then praying alone. Dark/cool spaces help us! Our house for sure is inherited and changing it would be hard traditionally speaking, but we have also looked at color schemes to help with the feel. We always find the chance to clear our minds and apologize before the sun sets. We do our best to keep all cracks the enemy can creep in, closed. It is very traditionally here in the south to find scripture written on walls. We live in the north GA mtns. Also, a place you guys should visit! GA/TN/NC literally touches in this area, and I promise you there is a peace and a great move of the Holy Spirit in these hills! My family is from Blueridge,GA, and Murphy (Hanging dog), NC. Godbless yall in the transition of baby to a family of 5 again! May God keep you and a fur-ever baby fill your home soon as well. We had to have our 17-year-old fur-boy layed to rest a few weeks ago. Our son is autistic so transitions take time and assurance. We still have his whacky cat, so he is doing better than we thought. Sorry to ramble! Godbless yall! GEORGIA SLANG LOL 😅

When seeking a home for a retreat, I'd also highly consider traveling there. Having an airport not hours away, easy to travel to, convenient to shopping and grocery stores, farmers markets... Sarasota has all that. Just a thought. Being vegan, would you buy or do you buy wool knowing that sheep at factory farms are nearly tortured when theyre being sheared and it's very painful. Like shaving your legs with NO water or soap, but worse because its their whole body. They often get infections and in pain.

Have you guys been to the Our Lady of La Leche shrine? It's in Florida. If I lived there I would babymoon it up in that spot. And pray pray for all these intentions for the new baby. I'm due this Saturday and been doing her novena since the 18th if you do stop by there please say a prayer for me. I'm doing a natural birth after 3 csections.
