My dad has a 2004 Toyota Sequoia and still loves it! It’s over 200,000 miles, has horrible gas mileage. But it can fit all of us, haul whatever he needs, or stuff it full of stuff if needed. The third row is a bit tight, but as long as they aren’t tall they’ll fit just fine. I would recommend sitting in all seats to see what the comfort level is.

I asked a Sequoia owner the same question you did and they told me "It rides like a truck instead of an SUV", but I wanted the Sequoia and bought one anyway. Guess what? It rides like a truck! I've owned Navigator and family member-owned Escalade and the comfort levels on both of those far surpass the Sequoia. Loved the Sequoia and had lots of compliments on it, totally reliable- just a different ride. I suppose it would depend on the comfort you desire out of your vehicle. Best of luck!

Awesome an update....well a few. Jump on that Sequoia, very reliable with that hybrid engine that should be good on gas. The space is crazy. Maintains its value as well. Another option is the Lexus GX550 that's what we're rocking with and love it.

Trucks are hard with a baby because the things you would want to store in there have to go in the bed. So then it can get wet or dusty and dirty. IF you’re planning on getting a larger vehicle, get the baby camera for it to monitor baby girl. The mirrors make the baby to small and it’s hard to see them in a large vehicle!
