@@rachelbrady I think people underestimate how powerful they can be in helping you with moods/ stress/ sleep etc. I'm a little wary of using a diffuser as I have a dog and know some oils are really dangerous for animals. I assume you've not had any problems around your fur baby. Since I got my girl 2 years ago I've not used a diffuser as I'm so scared to. X
