Nice, I'm definitely not a morning person anymore. And I agree w/ DeeDee it's been cold in Cali in the mornings lately. So I'm in bed until I get up and eat breakfast at 10am then I head to Hot Yoga & pilates at noon. And I've lost 45 lbs since last May, haven't changed my diet just try 2 do workouts everyday & do intermittent fasting. Thanks for sharing ur morning w/ us😁
