What a feed , yeah like your father said I've never seen the britches sold in a store , we always called them peas growing up or peas and chitlens ( female male ) all definitely cooked to perfection.

Wow I’m allergic to fish and seafood (I know how did I survive all these years) but I’ll tell ya if I ever wanted to try some it sure would be your ma and pa’s delicious cooking!! It looked soooo yummy! I wonder if that batter that your mom makes would work with chicken breast cut into pieces and if they would turn into something similar to chicken balls like you get from Chinese take out??
