Loved your videos. Wish they were in chronological order. We've visited NZ 3 times and we are definitely going to do another RV trip. Can't get enough of it. May try the Wilderness next time... looks really comfy. You guys are so natural and enjoyable to watch. Thanks

We are going to Iceland in September to camp in a camper van for a week. If you guys can go before then and give us tips on where to go, that would be great... So make that happen lol

Lake Wakatipu is a lake that does have a tide :) Maori legend says it's because there is a Taniwha under the water...

We have wifi on our Wilderness Motorhome (if you hop over to episode 10 we do a tour of the rig so you can see the set up kzbin.info/www/bejne/nmOtnGCobdB7nLc) and it has given us wifi signal almost everywhere! This campsite was in between Queenstown and Glenorchy on Lake Wakatipu.

You will be very lucky to have WiFi around any NZ lake unless you are in a proper camping ground, this particular camp site is beautiful and very rarely busy at all .

This campsite sounds great! How is there a 4 night minimum if it is free? We are campervanning for 20 days in March. Not sure if we want to commit for 4 nights.

Hi Heath and Alyssa Just a quick question Did you use your bikes a lot when travelling ? I no for a fact that we will not be using then every day ,The prices are really high for a months rent so I was just wondering is it really worth it ? I am thinking of buying a second hand bike and selling it again once with finished by the way missing you guys not being in NZ your viedo's were great .....

I bought it as kind of a joke like 5 years ago at a flea market in New Orleans. Then I realized I really liked it and it was also practical to keep my white butt from getting sub burned. Now it is kind of an extension of me whether I'm inside or outside :). Unless it is windy, it is not a hat to wear while it is windy. - Heath
