I can't wait to see you pull all of this together! I am 99% sure that we will use Notgrass next year as well. We have used Heritage Studies the last few years and we are needing change. Notgrass just might be it! Thank you!

@@simplyhomeschool18 What are you using, or plan to use for high school history?

Do you have a video on high school history for your older niece?
@simplyhomeschool182 жыл бұрын
She is using Abeka 9th grade curriculum. But it is not mandatory for her to complete a history class for her freshmen year. So she isn’t currently doing history.

When would you say you touch more on other time periods? I was having a hard time picking history programs because a lot of them (like Abeka, Not grass etc) focus on US history forever it seems... Which to me would get kind of repetitive or boring. While some other programs (Like story of the world) tie in Ancient history, Medieval period, China, and early civilizations, which i think is so important and exciting. Do you plan on using a curriculum in the future that goes over these civilisations, and time periods in history? Do you ever get bored covering us history year after year? Thank you friend!

Hi, I hope you don’t mind, but I’m going to answer this in my wrap with me video that I will be filming this Saturday. It will be on my channel Monday. I’m thinking it could help other moms with the same question. ☺️👍

Do you think this one is to easy for a 5th grader?
@simplyhomeschool18 Жыл бұрын
I think it would be ok for a 5th grader. We used Notgrass America the Beautiful for my 5th grader this year and it was equally enjoyable. I have an overview video of it. I will link it here if you would like to check it out. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gnSqdmmel8-bncU
