Thanks a lot! I used monitor arms from a company called Fully. They are great because you can add clamps and any modifiers to the arm for cameras, lights, etc.

Can you tell me - did you polyurethane the desk top? I had been looking to buy the 74” IKEA Karlby kitchen countertop to use as a desktop and asked a chat representative if it would be ok to seal the wood veneer with poly. All she could tell me was that they recommend oil (Not suitable for a craft room desktop) and that it would void any warranty. Also, I was considering either 2 Alex drawer units like you have, or 1 Alex unit and 2 legs on the other end and 1 in the center to make sure it doesn’t bow in the middle. Have you tried any of the IKEA desk legs - are they stable, or would the desktop wobble if you were leaning against it, or erasing something?

The paint color was actually here in the room when we bought the house but it's a darker Benjamin Moore forest green (something along those lines) Hopefully that helps!

Does the height of the desktop work with your legs/chair? Alex height is 27.5” and most desks are 30”

Yes its actually the perfect height for my legs and the size of the chair. My chair is adjustable so I can sit a bit lower if needed!
