Loved this video! I've been dining in Springvale for 15 years, and I really enjoy the experience. My favorites are Pho Huang, Gold Leaf, and Maxim Saigon. Thanks for showing me some new places to check out! Not only the restaurants but the markets as well. I'm a professional chef so I adore the staggering array of fresh veg and seafood.

Vietnamese Pho in Springvale Australia is by far the best. I am from Toronto Canada 🇨🇦 and have visited this town back in 1995 before headed to Hong Kong and then Vietnam. The Pho in Springvale is super delicious compared to the Pho I have eaten in Canada and States USA.

For whatever reason, I always thought you guys were from or lived in Sydney, and here you are just 2 suburbs away from where I've lived most of my life. Used go to Springvale regularly when I was a teenager, for cheap haircuts, best pho and Cambodian noodle soup, yum cha with the family, grocery shopping, etc. Weird but kinda nostalgic to see this on youtube but now I feel like a bowl of special beef pho or anything from that Korean restaurant!

That's "Thai" Basil, quite a different flavor to most mints. It suit this specific shop's pho very well. The best restaurant pho i've ever eaten. Only one better was home made.

I used to go to springvale when I was young as well. On that exact escalator there used to be a chair on the opposite side and I did the exact same thing. I held on and went majority of the way up but luckily a family friend was there and ran down the opposite way to grab me. I had all these people under me waiting to catch me xD
