Tips for Invisalign! - 1- don’t panic if you can’t get your tray out right away! Take a break and try again! Pop off the back “buttons” then go to your canines and pull, it will hurt at first but it will get better! It will hurt at the beginning but it will get better. 2- When you change your trays do it at night, the worst of it (for the most part) will be over in the morning. 3- I know your ortho told you this but don’t eat or drink anything except water with them in, they will stain! Make sure to brush the trays and your teeth before they go back in so you don’t trap bacteria. I hope this helps! Remember it will get better!

my sister has invisalign and sounded weird at first, but now she sounds fine! i know it’s weird at first brin but you’ll get used to it. also it moves the teeth so quickly it’s insane! you see the results so fast! push through it i know you can ;) it will stop hurting too… just like braces. i’m sorry but i promise it’s worth it.

I just got Invisalign about a week ago and it hurt a lot at first, but it’s much better now and you get used to having the trays in your mouth after a while. I know Brinley has braces again now, but if she ever decides to go back to Invisalign, my biggest tip would be to take the trays out 10-15 minutes before you eat. This way your teeth have some time to adjust to having the trays out and it won’t hurt as much when you eat something. (P.S. I have pretty messed up teeth too, so I understand how uncomfortable the trays are at first.)

For invisalign when you pop it out start in the back and then you can grab the back and pull the rest out. it’s hard at first but you get the hang of it!! also don’t eat ANYTHING with the retainers in!! you always have to take them out!❤️

invisalign is not THAT painful and should not be....I work with people who get it, and your trays will be tight at first because your teeth are being made to shift. theyre not retainers, retainers are what you wear after braces to make sure your teeth stay in place and don't shift. that's why we stress to wear them after braces bc you spent so much $$$ on it, why ruin it. I'm sorry that ortho dr pushed it on you, they shouldn't have done that....because now youre just gonna be unhappy and miserable which is not obviously okay.

I'm sorry that some things doesn't went lucky in this video. Talking about sorry…🙄 You know I'm sorry as well for my writing few month ago. Now I don't think I was objective and fair. You know since a lot of things had been changed 4 month ago since I found you. As I open my ❤ and heard nothing from you guys, I have to admit it was hard for me. But it does not made it right to react like this. While 2 month had passed over, I made splendid progresses so far. I am working on a little and high detailed half timbered house including, basement, a hilly property and a garden. the hilly property already look like a terraformed plot like made by mother natures activity, but it was crafted by my own hands. In a scale of 1/87. The result is pure madness. 🤩 Also the World Trade Center in the scale of 1/1000 is progressing as well and I found strength enogh to build on these Projects, even more as I was able to in the whole last 4 Years. And all of this with a minor stress level. Stress was the biggest issue, I had to struggle with. I am no longer struggeling with it today, what saves me a lot of power. So I want to pacify my actions before and I think it might be good for you to read this lines. 🙂 So I wish you merry christmas It's R life and have a happy new year! Thank you for everything.

hey so Brinley and I have the same birthday but I am a year older lol and i had to get Invisalign and it was a struggle at first but once you get the hang up taking them out and getting used to the pain it is way better than braces (in my opinion) also i recommend not eating hard foods for the first month or two because since the teeth are moving it will hurt to eat hard food.
