Hey guys I grew in georgia, there is no lizards that can hurt you. Be proud you have them they stick close to the home because you cook and the smell attracts insects and they catch and eat them, the little frogs are spring frogs they catch bugs by the outdoor lights, then hide in the doorcrack to stay away from the sun that will kill them.
