Our First Days in Switzerland: Exploring Tasch & Zermatt with Mom and Dad!

Hey everyone!
We're taking a trip down memory lane as we reminisce about our unforgettable journey to Switzerland last year. It was such an incredible experience, especially because we got to explore with Mom and Dad on their first European trip!
Tasch was our first stop, and it immediately stole our hearts with its stunning Alpine scenery and charming village atmosphere. We wandered through the cobblestone streets, soaking in the serene mountain views. Mom and Dad were in their element, capturing every beautiful moment on camera.
From Tasch, we let mom and dad rest a little, as it has been a long drive, while Pierre and I hopped on a train to Zermatt to see to a big dream of mine, to see the Matterhorn! Arriving in Zermatt with the iconic Matterhorn towering in the background , it felt like stepping into a postcard.
Zermatt was bustling and incredibly picturesque. We strolled through the charming streets, browsing shops and filled our pockets with small gifts for mom and dad to commemorate their special travel moments.
Looking back, what made this trip truly special was sharing these experiences with Mom and Dad and seeing them stare in wander, and hearing them occasionally cry out "wow!". Their joy and excitement added an extra layer of magic to every moment we spent together in Switzerland.
It's amazing how travel memories stay with you long after the journey ends. Switzerland holds a special place in our hearts, and we hope to return someday to create more cherished memories.
Mom and dad are now back in South Africa and I hope this video will transport them back to when they planted their feet on Swiss soil for the very first time!
