@@michaelharrison6978 😀 that sounds like my friend Justin. He’s been on me there and saying Heather what are you thinking when it comes to these “old Dino” manifolds and new exhaust system? He says we can make it louder if you want..😆 haven’t decided yet what I want to do just yet on that. So yes this 70 Chevelle I have owned this car for the past 24 years. I bought it when I was 14 years old. It was my first car in high school. My senior year is when it got painted the purple and white..and also got the 350 engine put in it. That’s also the year I met my husband Tim. That is not Tim in the video with me..Tim passed away back in May 2024..so this Chevelle was always going to be my retirement project with Tim. This car holds a lot of sentimental significance and was where our love story started for Tim and I. Throughout our entire marriage the Chevelle was always the one thing that remained. We had hard times and Tim never let me sell the Chevelle because he said “this one babe is our retirement project” and when we had our first son we agreed that the car would go to him. Since Tim passed our Friends Cass and Justin have stepped in to be Tim’s hands and help me with the Process of Healing and getting the Chevelle back on the road again. So it’s been a fun ride and this chapter and channel is all about honoring Tim and sharing tidbits of our journey..our life together and with our friends.

@@michaelharrison6978 Well..a 69 Chevelle with a Big boy 566! My-my yours will definitely get up and play 😉 I bet it’s a lot of fun!!! Ooo that day was a fun one! Gosh darn Holly…the chock was sticking and then we were out there in the middle of no man’s land and we pull over and Cass is checking things out and lo and behold finds out it’s not open..ends up finding a piece of wood shoves it in the side of the carb because that’s all we had to get it open and get back down the road 🤪 (Cass had said you don’t love it heather?..I was cringing at the thought of that wood and my nice Holly😬 but whatever it worked for the time being) 😆😆 ya the lil 350 isn’t breaking the bank on gas mileage. Boys and I are having fun taking it out cruising when it’s been nicer days!
