You could try vardy up front, koke and thiago in the middle, Thiago linking with lewa and nesta and koke linking with militao and Spanish link with thiago. And also I suggest next episode you could attempt the gbamin futmas card it's pretty easy to do. :-)

When your opponent in attacking you use your cdm's to track the player and tackle, bcuz the cb will just go backwards and you dont have to pull them forward and then there wont be a gap.

Maybe try 3-1-4-2 formation with a CDM thats energetic like Kante etc and set him to defend. Also set the wingers to come back on defence. That formation seems to cancel out the single through balls through the middle that result in 99% of the goals I concede (and the ones you often complain about).

Fifa 20, people who are higher skilled usualy use cdm or cams to defends and usually they have high stamina, also it means defenders don't run out of energy so they can keep dominance in defence

They don't use defenders because if they do that opens up a gap for the opponent to run into, so that's why you should use a CDM with food defence stats
