I just love how much Rissa and Quan are intentional about letting the children help in the kitchen. Look at Shineee! He's doing so good in the kitchen already. Look at how much control he had when pouring the milk and the pepper in the eggs and even the way he was mixing the eggs was so intentional. He's getting so much better in the kitchen and I commend Rissa and Quan's patience and intentionality in allowing them learn. It's really beautiful how much I've witnessed Shine get better in the kitchen over time. You're doing an amazing job, Rissa and Quan! I'm so proud of Shine boy! 😌❤️

Im 72. I forgot what its like to have 2 under 3. Its wierd how your ears adjust to the noise. The minute they get quiet you know you better check on them. When my son was 4 and my daughter was 2 he woke up really early one day and it was about a week before Christmas and they didn't wake me. He told his sister that it was Christmas and they could open all the presents. I heard them go by my door and he was telling her that they needed to hide them under their bed. I got up and there was wrapping paper ripped up all over the living room floor. They had opened every present under the tree. I was so pissed. I got all the presents and told them that they had to be returned to Santa. I was so upset i called my mom to vent and she started laughing hysterically and she said you did the same thing when you were 4 and your sister was 2. I guess things to come back around. My son was so excited because I had gotten him tons of Star Wars toys. All the characters Han Solo Princess Lea Luke Skywalker and all the others and i got the Millennium Falcon. He kept begging me not to tell Santa that they had opened them. I tokd him i didn't know what Santa was going to do. We put them all out on Christmas Eve and when he woke up he was so happy that Santa had left them for him. The next night when he went to bed i went in to check on him and he had put them all around himself on the bed. I couldn't believe that he was sleeping in the middle of all those toys. It was so cute.
