@@jennifermassie7227 erm ish, though I’ve heard the water isn’t as high in the UK, there’s a button or sensor to flush and the stalls have less gaps. I can’t say anything about the mens urinals though. But this is usually the standard toilets in chain restaurants and such. Toilets in the country or local/family run places can be a bit weird.

I know I'm a bit late but just 2 quick things; 1. We call that type of car a people carrier, not a people mover 2. I'm not 100% sure but I think the place you stopped to have lunch before visiting your friend may actually have been the garden/ communal green space for the blocks of flats (apartments) behind and to the side of it, next time your stopping for lunch in a residential area just check there aren't signs (at ankle height) saying keep off the grass. In the UK most Parks will have iron railings around them and a sign over the main gate saying '... Park'
